What you’ll do
- Coordinate districtwide recruitment efforts and update the recruitment plan annually.
- Represent the district at recruitment events and in the community.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards with accurate records.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Liaise with business, community organizations, and agencies to compile resources for new employees.
- Update application tools to match qualified candidates to vacancies.
- Use current technology and participate in training to increase job-related tech skills.
- Perform related duties as directed.
