Summary: The classroom is a special education pre-school classroom. Perform any combination of the following instructional tasks in a classroom to assist preschool teaching staff by performing the following duties.

As directed by the teacher, assist in the instruction and supervision of students by:

Education, Experience & Certification:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training. Must obtain and maintain an Ohio Department of Education Educational Aide Permit and meet all Step Up to Quality requirement for Job and Family Services.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software and Spreadsheet software. An individual should have knowledge of internet browser use for research, and ability to use virtual meeting tools. Ability to operate a copier and personal computer, and input grades into a database.
Criminal Records Check: Must comply with Ohio Revised Code 3319.39 Criminal Records Check.
Drug Testing: Must pass a 10 panel drug screen at time of hire and comply with the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988.
