Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bingo Manager to lead and oversee the Mondays annd Thursdays operations of our bingo hall. This pivotal role combines management expertise with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As Bingo Manager, you will ensure smooth game operations, uphold Idaho Gaming regulatory standards, and foster a welcoming environment for all patrons. Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain compliance, and elevate the overall entertainment experience in our vibrant casino setting.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of bingo game operations, including scheduling caller and managing game flow
- Ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to casino policies
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including payouts, ticket sales, and financial reconciliation using cash handling systems
- Maintain compliance with all gaming industry regulations, including licensing and operational standards
- Utilize player tracking systems (PTS) to monitor guest activity and enhance personalized service
- Manage conflict resolution swiftly and professionally to ensure a positive guest experience
- Conduct special fundraising events
Experience
- Proven management or supervisory experience within a casino or gaming environment
- Familiarity with casino operations, including cash handling and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and administrative tasks
- Experience with casino industry software such as player tracking systems (PTS) is highly desirable
- Excellent mathematical aptitude and numeracy skills for accurate cash handling and game management
- Demonstrated conflict management skills to handle guest concerns effectively

Pay: $18.25 - $20.00 per hour
