Lake City High School Lacrosse Club (LCLAX) is seeking a passionate, energetic, and growth-minded Head Coach to lead one of North Idaho's premier high school lacrosse programs. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on student-athletes while helping shape the future of lacrosse in our community.
As Head Coach, you will lead all aspects of the program, including player development, practice planning, game strategy, staff leadership, culture building, and recruitment. The ideal candidate is committed to developing not only skilled athletes, but also confident leaders, teammates, and young men of character. Responsibilities include practice planning, player development, team management, game preparation, and fostering a positive and competitive team culture.
- Lacrosse playing and/or coaching experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
- Ability to build relationships with players, parents, and community stakeholders
- Passion for growing the game at both the youth and high school levels
- Commitment to developing a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
- College experience is a BIG plus
