What are the responsibilities and job description for the One-Call Center Associate position at Lake City Bank?
Starting Pay: $19.25 (pay is reviewed after 90 days)
Are you a friendly, customer-service oriented individual interested in working for a company that cares about your future? Do you like to serve others by using your excellent listening and problem-solving skills? As an associate at our Warsaw-based call center you will:
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service over the telephone.
- Assist customers and Lake City Bank employees with questions on accounts, loans, branch hours, ATM and Debit cards, Internet Banking, technical issues and more.
- Refer bank products and services to fill your customers' needs.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of bank operations preferred.
- Understanding of bank procedures and policies.
- Intermediate personal computer skills required.
Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 10:00-7:00 (time and a half after 6:00)
- Sunday: 10:00-4:00 (double time)
