Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and CRM system.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with account questions, updates, and service requests.
- Support call center operations by handling incoming customer calls.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records within the CRM.
- Investigate and process customer refunds and payment disputes.
- Perform account maintenance and account cleanup activities.
- Assist with mailing invoices, customer correspondence, and other materials.
- Prepare outbound mailings and process incoming mail from customers.
- Assist with front desk coverage and customer reception as needed.
- Help manage lost and found items and related customer inquiries.
- Support fulfillment and administrative projects as assigned.
- Complete additional customer service and office support duties as needed.
- Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience handling customer payments, account updates, billing inquiries, or dispute resolution is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
