What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Lake Chelan Health?
Under the general supervision of the Rehab Services Director, plans and administers physical therapy evaluations and treatments according to the principles and practices of the profession, and as indicated by the referring provider when one is involved.
Qualifications
- Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association with a minimum Bachelor of Science Degree
- Current Washington State Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS CPR certification
