What are the responsibilities and job description for the ED Technician (CNA) position at Lake Chelan Health?
Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Emergency Department Tech will provide patient and family-centered care as a member of the health care team, in accordance with the mission and values of Lake Chelan Health, and within the parameters established by the Washington State Department of Health, Health Services Quality Assurance Division.
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant License
- Must maintain a current Basic Life Support certification
- Must demonstrate professionalism and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess the ability to be flexible, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
- Medical Assistant – Phlebotomist license to follow WAC 246-827-0400 preferred
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department Experience preferred
