Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three to five years of experience providing executive level administrative support
- Experience supporting senior leadership or board governance functions preferred
- Experience in healthcare, public sector, or a regulated environment preferred
- Knowledge of public meeting requirements, governance practices, or Washington State public hospital district requirements preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative executive team
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
