Lake Automotive Group is hiring a Body Shop Estimator for one of the largest vehicle repair facilities in the Milwaukee area! The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, has strong customer service skills, and previous estimating experience. This is a highly visible role that provides the right candidate with the ability to work with some of the top insurance companies in the United States.
ABOUT OUR BODY SHOPS:
- No late nights and No Weekends...we close at 5pm daily and are closed on Saturday & Sunday
- Our Body Shops are Air Conditioned

Our Body Techs have their own locker room, restroom and break room with coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing & presenting estimates to our customers and/or insurance agents

Verifying and checking on the timeliness and accuracy of the necessary parts

Staying in contact and updating our customers on their vehicle and claims process
- Maintaining existing relationships with insurance agents

Establishing relationships with new insurance companies and agents
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous estimating experience (preferred)

Detail oriented and career minded

Strong background in customer service and excellent organizational skills

Ability to read/interpret documents and procedures manuals

Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
