Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our growing team. This role is essential to delivering an excellent customer experience by managing inbound and outbound service communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting our service department’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and efficiency

Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers as needed

Maintain accurate customer information in dealership systems

Provide a positive, friendly, and solution-oriented experience for every customer

Make outbound calls to develop new business

Work closely with the service team to support departmental goals
