JOB DESCRIPTION
The Service Business Development Center (BDC) supports all inbound and outbound service calls. There role is to optimize the all service opportunities by engaging with customers and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires an individual with excellent people skills.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer all inbound calls promptly and with enthusiasm.
- Schedule appointments for service department.
- Confirm and update customer’s address, phone, and email 100% of the time.
- Make outbound calls to schedule routine maintenance, Recall, SOP, & decline work appointments.
- Communicate with advisors concerning customer needs, etc.
- Coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs for Touchless Service.
- Perform follow up with customers on special order parts.
- Complete weekly customer follow up on open repair orders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Excellent people skills are required.
- Must be organized and efficient.
- Must have working knowledge of computers.
- Must maintain a positive approach toward helping customers.
- Must recognize that business is built on customer satisfaction.
- Must demonstrate sound judgment, possess strong problem-solving skills, and make sound decisions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and must be able to pass a drug screen test and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting from $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:20 am to 5 pm
- Occasional Saturday, 7:20 am to 1 pm
