Position Summary
The RV Service Advisor is the primary point of contact between our customers and service department. This role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience by clearly communicating service needs, timelines, and recommendations while supporting the service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with service and repair needs

• Write and manage service repair orders

• Communicate recommended repairs, timelines, and costs to customers

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service

• Provide updates and follow-ups throughout the repair process

• Maintain detailed and accurate service records

• Deliver a positive, professional customer experience at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience (required)

• Automotive or RV service experience preferred (not required)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude

• Willingness to learn—we are happy to train the right candidate
