We are seeking a **Bilingual Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)/BCBA** who is fluent in Spanish and English and passionate about making a difference. This role involves working directly with children and caregivers to assess, develop, and implement effective behavior strategies in natural environments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior plans
- Provide direct ABA services in home, school, and community settings
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and multidisciplinary teams
- Train and support parents/caregivers in Spanish and English
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on data
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) (PA) or BCBA/BCaBA certification
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience providing culturally responsive care
- Previous experience supporting Spanishspeaking families
