Laila's Way is growing and we're looking for an experienced **Case Manager** to join our team. The Case Manager will play a key role in assessing the social and emotional needs of clients, coordinating services, and ensuring all cases are handled with the utmost care and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on families by supporting their behavioral health needs through thoughtful case management and collaboration with various teams and agencies. Individuals who are **bilingual** are encouraged to apply, but it is not required.

What You'll Do As a Case Manager

  • Make an initial assessment of clients' social and emotional needs, develop action plans, and implement them to successful completion (includes completing intakes as needed).
  • Schedule psychological appointments for clients and manage related authorizations.
  • Compile documentation and submit necessary updates to insurance entities for compliance, research, and evaluation purposes.
  • Ensure cases are appropriately staffed based on client needs, providing guidance to match clinicians' skill sets with family requirements.
  • Advise behavior health technicians on case assignments to optimize care delivery.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain accurate case files for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Psychological Team, Billing Department, schools, and other external agencies to ensure coordinated care.
  • Provide families with resources to support their children's behavioral health needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including covering absences or helping during peak periods to balance workloads.
