Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Perception Engineer to join our cutting-edge research and development team. Duties
- Design, develop, and optimize perception algorithms for real-time processing of visual, auditory, and sensor data using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MATLAB.
- Develop large-scale AI models focused on computer vision, natural language processing, and generative AI to enhance machine perception capabilities.
- Implement unsupervised learning techniques and statistical analysis methods to improve model accuracy and robustness in diverse environments.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate perception systems into robotics, autonomous vehicles, or other AI applications utilizing distributed systems and cloud platforms like AWS.
- Conduct rigorous research experiments involving model training, data mining, signal processing, and model deployment in Linux-based environments.
- Publish findings through conference papers and peer-reviewed journals while contributing to the scientific community’s understanding of machine learning/AI-based analysis.
- Engage in continuous learning of emerging technologies such as quantum engineering or advanced AI models to maintain a leading edge in perception research.
Experience
- Proven experience in developing large-scale AI models with a strong background in computer science or related fields.
- Hands-on software development experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C , C#, R, and MATLAB.
- Extensive knowledge of machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant tools for model training and deployment.
- Demonstrated expertise in computer vision techniques like image recognition, object detection, segmentation, and sensor fusion.
- Experience working within research settings or research & development environments focused on machine learning or AI innovations.
- Familiarity with distributed systems architecture and cloud computing platforms such as AWS for scalable model training and deployment.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings related to perception technology or AI research.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), signal processing, data mining, robotics applications, or quantum engineering is a plus.
