Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Senior Technical Lead to oversee the technical design, development, and implementation of SharePoint-based solutions. The role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and providing expert technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, drive technical best practices, and ensure successful delivery of SharePoint applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server solutions.
- Provide deep technical expertise on SharePoint Framework (SPFx), customization, and modern SharePoint development.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and align project goals.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Stay updated with the latest SharePoint trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and team growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and solution alignment.
Skill Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Server.
- Hands-on experience developing custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, SharePoint Designer, and related tools.
- Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, web parts, workflows, and content types.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for optimizing SharePoint applications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive project delivery.

Preferred Certifications
