Main Responsibilities:
- Consult with the Care Planning Team to evaluate resident assessments
- Provide primary skin care to residents according to their care plan

- Document all interactions with residents and their families
- Participate in annual in-service training programs and attend meetings as required
Key Requirements:
- RN or LVN degree from an accredited institution
- Valid RN or LVN license in good standing
- Valid CPR and BLS certification
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
