What We’re Looking For:-
Experience: Preferred 3 years of experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant dining environment.

Technical Skills: Strong knife skills, precise execution of recipes, and ability to maintain station prep and cleanliness.

Speed & Stamina: Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Safety First: Solid understanding of NYC food safety regulations, sanitation, and allergy awareness (Food Handler’s Certification is a big plus).
