Experience: Preferred 3 years of management experience in prime NYC restaurant dining and nightlife settings.

Systems: Deep familiarity with Toast POS, reservation platforms, and floor management software.

Leadership: Strong communication skills with the natural ability to support, train, and motivate a large team.

Guest Relations: Exceptional conflict-resolution skills with a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor under pressure.
