We are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in accordance with our menu and standards. You will also assist with the preparation of ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food in accordance with menu and standards.
- Assist with the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, cutting, and measuring.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Ensure that food is cooked and served at the appropriate temperature and in a timely manner.
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes and cleaning equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Weekend availability is a must.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook or similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to use and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Strong knife skills.
- Ability to work at a quick and consistent pace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
