Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to expedite orders during peak service hours.
- Monitor food levels and communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and replenishment.
- Uphold Champions Landing's standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Remain knowledgeable about menu items to accommodate guest inquiries and dietary restrictions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by demonstrating professionalism and respect towards colleagues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant or food service establishment preferred.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant food safety training is a plus.
