Job Description
Lagniappe Travel Services is seeking a full-time office assistant to join our team. This position will be responsible for general office duties, including filing, data entry, invoicing, and providing support to the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be able to work in a high volume environment with many tasks at once
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must have excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
