The ideal leader must have a high-volume catering background with experience in catering or high-end hotels, catering/events. Ownership is young, progressive, and looking for a culinary leader with a strong work ethic and creativity. Excellent comp ($130k - $165k including bonus), and a solid paid benefit plan including 401k.
