Lafayette is seeking a personal assistant who is a self-starter and motivated to learn our business, assist in various functions related to production as well as interfacing with clients and potential customers. Part of this role will involve
In this role, one would start by learning how our business works, answering telephones and assisting the CEO in day to day operations. It is critical to be sharp, focused, and willing to learn how our company operates. Based on performance over time, this role can grow into a production assistant or account manager role, in which there is potential for a higher hourly wage, potential salary pay, and commission (if managing new customer accounts).
Skills required (include, but not limited to): Microsoft excel, word, and powerpoint. Capability to learn and understand our production software
