Job Title: Skilled Maintenance Worker
Job Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining airport equipment, including automotive systems, as well as building heating, electrical, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The role operates under the supervision of the Maintenance Foreman and Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, with a high degree of independence. The position includes rotating "on-call" responsibilities with other maintenance staff and does not include supervisory duties.
Qualifications:
- Completion of vocational/technical training.
- Significant work experience with large commercial building maintenance
- Knowledge of airport electrical systems, pavement maintenance, and related materials is plus
- Possession of a valid Louisiana Driver's License.
