Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Waiter / Waintress to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
• Assist with food handling, preparation, and serving in accordance with food safety regulations
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests efficiently and managing reservations
• Uphold sanitation standards and food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Culinary experience or background in food handling, preparation, or kitchen operations is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue
• Experience in bussing tables, serving, cashiering, or host/hostess roles is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures in the food industry
