Must be available to work Sunday's (9am-4pm) and Friday night dinner services (9am-9pm)*** Sunday hours will be adjusted for Bills home games.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, slicing, chopping, and measuring according to recipes and menu specifications
- Assist in cooking and assembling dishes with precision, following established procedures and presentation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, mixers, slicers, and other culinary tools
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations by adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols throughout shifts
- Support menu planning by preparing ingredients in advance for upcoming service periods
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service
- Follow food handling guidelines diligently to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety management compliance
Qualifications
- Proven food preparation and cooking skills with knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
- Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and food handling procedures
- Experience in restaurant or food service settings demonstrating strong communication with kitchen teams
- Knowledge of culinary techniques such as knife skills, slicing methods, and recipe adherence
