What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Cook position at Acqua Restaurant and Banquets?
The Foundry is looking for Prep Cooks to join our unbelievable team!
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté stations, as well as the grill and other stations as needed.

- Previous Prep Cook experience required
- Previous experience prepping for banquets and events preferred
- Attention to detail required
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently
