*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cook/Dishwasher. The role involves assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen environment. *Responsibilities* - Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the chef - Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment - Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas - Support kitchen staff with bussing tables and helping with cleaning tasks as needed *Requirements* - Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering setting is preferred - Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food handling procedures - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Willingness to learn and assist in various kitchen tasks
