*Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, perform bookpeeing and billing, handle payables and recievables, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
*Duties*
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using accounting software
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including balance sheet reconciliation
- Utilize 10-key typing for data entry tasks
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Implement double-entry bookkeeping principles to ensure accurate financial records
- Familiarity with quickbooks, or similar accounting software is required
*Skills*
- Proficiency in accounting principles such as debits, credits, and financial report writing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.52 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
