Role Description
This is a flex role based in Boise, Idaho, with a success evaluated based on production and impact to our business, rather than hours worked. We are flexible to tailor this role and responsibilities to the right candidate and their situation. The Office Manager will work directly with our operations manager, construction manager, and president (the ownership team) and play a crucial role in designing and implementing optimized administrative workflows.
Duties include managing vendor and subcontractor accounts and setting up new accounts as required, maintaining insurance and compliance documents, maintaining HR compliance, assisting in onboarding, managing hiring channels, communicating with prospective candidates, conducting reference checks and setting up interviews,maintaining compliance documentation, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role also involves ensuring timely processing of submittals, reports, and billing operations while maintaining alignment with field operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with internal teams, clients, and partners effectively
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including organizing and managing workflow, scheduling, and record keeping
- Experience in operating and maintaining Office Equipment to support smooth day-to-day operations
- Excellent attention to detail with an ability to maintain compliance documentation and ensure timely processing of critical administrative tasks
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with standard office software and tools
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required
