Essential Functions
Deliver an exceptional guest experience by
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and over the phone
- Scheduling appointments politely and efficiently
- Processing transactions accurately at the point of sale
- Promoting additional services, retail products, and gift cards
- Acquiring Aveda product knowledge to recommend and sell merchandise confidently
- Identifying guests prior to arrival and connecting them promptly with their stylist
- Operating SpaBiz efficiently in relation to guest services and sales
- Managing service and retail tickets, updating charges in SpaBiz when necessary, and collecting payments
- Entering and maintaining accurate guest information in SpaBiz
- Referring guest complaints to management through Challenge Forms
- Assisting in stocking and maintaining merchandise displays
- Keeping all areas clean and presentable
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (retail preferred)
- Strong multitasking ability
- Comfortable with computers/point-of-sale systems
- Reliable and available to work evenings and weekends
