Journey Counseling and Wellness Services is a growing, values-driven group practice seeking a Licensed Therapist (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, IMFT) for a part-time W2 position with required evening availability.
This role is ideal for a clinician seeking stability, flexibility within structure, and consistent referral flow.
Position Details
- Part-time (2–3 days/week to start)
- Required: At least two weekday evenings (4pm–8pm)
- Saturday availability preferred
- Hybrid option (in-person telehealth)
Compensation
- Tiered W2 pay based on licensure & productivity
- Average clinical hour range:$48–$70 per session
- Consistent referrals
- Administrative billing & scheduling support
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy (option for couples/families/groups)
- Maintain documentation within 24–48 hours
- Sustain long-term caseload of 12- 15 sessions weekly
- Participate in supervision & team check-ins
