Requirements:
- Appropriate experience working in a Pathology/Laboratory environment or equivalent medical transcription experience
- Experience transcribing medical information from oral dictation
- Ability to use voice-recognition software for medical transcription
- Ability to accurately prepare and maintain medical transcription documentation
- Transcribe pathology and laboratory documentation from oral dictation
- Review and process documentation generated through voice-recognition software
- Prepare accurate transcription records for assigned laboratory services
- Maintain and organize transcription documentation according to laboratory procedures
