Minimum requirements that all candidates must meet:
· Be 18 years of age or older
· Valid driver’s license
· Must be able to meet the physical and behavioral needs of the vulnerable people we support.
· Be able to perform all duties essential to the health, safety and well-being of the people we support.
· Be compassionate, caring and understanding
· Pass a Criminal background check
· Pass a Physical exam and TB test with 10 days of employment
· Must complete all required training in a timely manner. We provide paid on the job training necessary for this job, such as CPR/First Aid, Mandt, and much more.
· Provide three-character references
· Be able to work any day of the week, including Saturday and Sunday, along with Holidays
· Maintain confidentiality following all HIPPA and Hitech Security laws
