Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily barge repair activities.
- Direct crews performing structural repairs, welding, fitting, and general maintenance.
- Review job scopes, assign work, and monitor project progress.
- Ensure repairs meet quality standards, project specifications, and deadlines.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and job priorities.

Qualifications
