Position Overview:

As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you’ll work alongside paralegals and attorneys to manage the details that make a big impact, especially when it comes to medical records, billing, and file organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of requesting and tracking medical records and billing to keep cases moving efficiently
- Prepare and send Letters of Representation to insurance companies with accuracy and professionalism
- Review and confirm outstanding balances while supporting lien and billing verification
- Maintain organized, up-to-date client files and documentation
- Partner with paralegals to support case preparation and day-to-day case management
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks that keep the team running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a law firm—especially in personal injury or medical malpractice—is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with consistent and proactive follow-up
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other similar softwares.
