General Cleaner (Specialty Projects)

LACOSTA is looking for a Full Time General Cleaner to join our team in Beavercreek, OH!
***We conduct a background check and drug testing***
Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 20hrs/week
- 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm
- Pay Rate: $15.00
- Paid weekly (every Friday)
Job duties: Responsible for trash removal and cleaning manufacturing floor, offices, stairwells, lobby, and elevators.Routine building cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Trash and recycling removal
- Policing ground for litter
Floor Care
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Vacuuming
- Small/Large Floor Scrubber
Stocking supply roomsMiscellaneous cleaning tasks
Specialty: Cleaning windows inside/out, dusting, etc.
Requirements:
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
- Wear safety glasses, hard hat, steel-toed or composite toed shoes, long pants while working
- Remove all jewelry and accessories
