What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor chain production equipment
- Inspect products and keep quality on point
- Learn advanced troubleshooting and machine setup (we'll train you)
- Grow into mentoring and leadership opportunities
- Keep your area safe and organized
- Growth path: Move up from Operator I → III (with pay increases along the way)
- Learn skills for life: Mechanical, technical, and problem-solving skills that stay with you

- High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience)
- Mechanical interest or willingness to learn (we'll train the right person)
- Comfortable with tools, machines, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Safety-first mindset positive attitude
- Full-time position on our production floor
- Non-climate controlled environment (PPE provided)
- Must be comfortable in a loud manufacturing setting
