We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Director to drive growth in our H&I (hardware and industrial) business segment. You'll set strategy, lead a talented team, and strengthen customer relationships while rolling up your sleeves to deliver results.

What You'll Do
- Lead with clarity and accountability – Guide, mentor, and support a sales team that's ready to grow.
- Set direction & deliver results – Define go-to-market strategies, revenue targets, and margin goals-and then work with the team to achieve them.
- Build and grow the brand – Oversee marketing initiatives that expand awareness, generate leads, and support sales success.
- Partner across the business – Collaborate with business development, operations, finance, and executive leadership to ensure alignment.
- Stay ahead of the market – Gather insights, identify trends, and adjust plans to keep us competitive and relevant.
- Develop talent – Invest in coaching and training to build a confident, capable sales organization.
- Travel - Will travel approximately 30% - may be higher in first year in the role.
What You Bring
- A strong background in B2B sales -experience with OEMs, distributors, or reps.
- Proven leadership skills-you know how to set priorities, hold teams accountable, and inspire performance.
- Comfort with digital marketing, CRM/ERP systems (Epicor a plus), and data-driven decision making.
