What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems
- Work with Allen Bradley PLCs, clear faults, and assist with diagnostics
- Program and troubleshoot VFD starters
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and Ladder Logic
- Ensure compliance with NEC standards, Arc Flash, and LOTO procedures
- Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and train less-experienced maintenance team members
- Lead or assist with electrical projects
- High School Diploma or GED (technical training/apprenticeship preferred)
- 3 years of industrial electrical experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of PLC systems and VFD programming
- Ability to read electrical prints and engineering diagrams
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Manufacturing floor (non-climate controlled, loud environment)
- Must be able to stand, lift (25 lbs), climb, bend, and wear required PPE
