PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
The Center Director supervises and administers all programs, services and activities at the Center. This role continuously evaluates program offerings to ensure the programs are fiscally responsible and meet the needs and demands of the surrounding community. The Director is responsible for ensuring the Center is compliant with all federal, state, institutional and accreditation guidelines and regulations.
The Center Director directly manages and supports all staff assigned to the Center and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees in those positions.

EXPERIENCE:
- Five (5) years of Educational or Business management experience is required.
- Experience in the Higher Education, sales and marketing field preferred.
- Experience working with people from all age groups and with various economic, educational, and ethnic backgrounds preferred.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business or related field required.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
