What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ag Equipment Operator position at Lack Farms, Inc?
All employees will be asked to perform general agricultural duties which would include transplanting and weeding onions up to harvest. Employees will also prune and remove wood debris from pecan orchards. All employees will be involved with installing and extracting drip irrigation tape and pipe plumbing for drip irrigation on all onion fields. Lack Farm-grown onions will be packed in their farm facility.
Field work: Plant, weed, cultivate, fertilize, prune, harvest and clean pecans, onions, chile peppers, duram wheat, cotton, grain corn using 85 hp farm tractors, forklifts, and implements. Help operate and clean irrigation equipment.
