What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ag Equipment Operator position at Valley Custom Harvesting, LLC?
Harvest crops with agricultural machinery contracted to Gillis Farms to harvest vegetable crops. Set empty boxes during onion harvest. During inclement weather, routine chores with minor maintenance of machines and buildings, and cleaning in shops and worksites. Assist with vegetable bed preparation. Be familiar with and able to use implements used for site and bed preparation, and finally planting.
There will be staggered entry with 1 worker entering March 20, 2026, and 8 workers entering April 15, 2026.
