Responsibilities
- Support nurses and healthcare staff in delivering high-quality patient care
- Assist with activities of daily living for patients
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Perform phlebotomy procedures when required
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Follow aseptic techniques to prevent infections
- Provide care in diverse settings such as nursing homes, inpatient units, ICUs, and home care environments
Skills
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience in ICU or Level I Trauma Center is a plus
- Proficiency in aseptic techniques
- Knowledge of home care practices
- Competence in providing care in nursing home facilities
- Proficient in taking vital signs accurately
- Capability to perform phlebotomy procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour
