We are working with a well-established estate planning firm in the Acton/Littleton area seeking a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with hands-on estate planning experience.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of files from drafting through completion in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Draft estate planning documents (trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies)
- Coordinate trust funding and assist with asset transfers
- Attend client meetings and signing appointments
- Guide clients through completed documents
- Maintain accurate client records
- Work closely with attorneys to move files to completion
Requirements:
- 1 year of estate planning experience (2 preferred)
- Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience in a law firm
- Strong drafting experience with estate planning documents
- Comfortable working directly with clients
- Strong attention to detail and organization
Location:
- On-site in Acton / Littleton, MA area
