Job description:
We’re hiring compassionate and reliable HCA/CNAs to support residents in our Memory Care community. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and provide meaningful engagement to help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Support meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
- Provide companionship and engage residents in purposeful activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety interventions
- Maintain a clean, calm, and supportive environment
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate with Med Techs
Requirements
- Experience in Memory Care or long-term care
- Understanding of dementia-related behaviors and redirection techniques
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable, patient, and committed to high-quality resident care
