Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
Conduct site inspections and prepare comprehensive reports.
Lead preconstruction planning and coordinate project resources.
Supervise project teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to scope, safety, and quality.
Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules.
Host regular stakeholder meetings to report progress and resolve issues.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA standards, and company policies.
Track milestones, maintain detailed documentation, and manage change orders.

Estimating
Review blueprints, specs, and RFQs to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Analyze labor, materials, and time requirements.
Utilize estimating software and maintain cost databases.
Submit detailed proposals and bids on schedule.
Evaluate subcontractor quotes and participate in value engineering.
Monitor actual vs. estimated costs to improve future processes.
Maintain pricing logs and bid records for future use.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience).
10 years in a combined estimating/project management role, preferably in multi-million-dollar projects.
Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction scheduling tools.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication, leadership, math, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of local construction codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
