The Finance Analyst III (Portfolio Analytics) assists in the management of an asset class of the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA) investment portfolio. Positions allocable to this classification work under the general administrative and technical direction of a Senior Investment Officer. Depending upon the asset class to which the incumbent is assigned, the work involves activities such as assisting in the supervision of subordinate analyst staff, preparing recommendations regarding investment policy, negotiating contracts for investment managers and other investment related services, and implementing investment portfolio reallocations.
